The annual Phoenix Roadrunners Booster Club “Meet the Players Picnic” took place October 29th, 2006 at Cortez park in Phoenix. Traditionally one of the Club’s most popular events, the return of the picnic did not disappoint. And, per tradition, the players beat the Boosters soundly at softball!

Committee Chairperson Wanda Glover would like to extend her thanks to all the members that helped make this event such a hit. Special thanks to the Roadrunners’ dentist, Dr. Michael Zacher, DDS. , as well as Booster Club member Peter Larson, for their donations to the players goodie bags.
