Susan Dawn Ulmen
52 of Phoenix, passed away on January 13, 2009. She was preceded in death by her father Leonard Ulmen. Survived by her daughter Katie, mother Ruth, sisters Debbie (Brian) Flanigan and Nancy (Gunnar) Erickson, 2 nieces, 4 nephews and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation, Sunday January 18, 2009 from 6-8 pm at A.L. Moore Grimshaw 710 W. Bethany Home Rd. Funeral services, Monday January 19, 2009. Visitation at 10 am with services starting at 11 am at Palo Cristi Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers please donate in Susie's name to Palo Cristi Presbyterian church or to your favorite charity.
